Q.  Can I get my product shipped to a PO Box?
       A.   Yes, we do ship to a PO Boxes.

Q.  What is the status of my order?  I'm waiting for delivery.
        A.   Please allow 7-10 days for your product to arrive if you live in the United States and if you                           paid for regular shipping.  If you paid for rush shipping and live in the U.S., then you should                           have your product within 3 - 5 days from your order date.  While most international orders                           arrive within 10 days of placing an order, they sometimes take longer.  If you are waiting for                       delivery and live outside of the United States, then please give it 14 days before contacting                       us.  If you are several days beyond the expected delivery dates stated above, then open a                           support ticket with our help desk.

Q.  How do I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
        A.  Send your full and/or empty bottles of DETAIN XTM to us postmarked within 90 days of your                     purchase date and include a piece of paper with your full name, address, phone number, and
                email address.  You will be refunded the full purchase price of the product.  This does not    
                include shipping and handling charges.  Return it to the address at the bottom of this page.
                We give refunds for all empty or full bottles that are returned to us and postmarked within 90    
                days of the purchase date.

Q.  Does this really work?

Q.  What is the ingredient of DETAIN XTM?
A.  The main ingredients are a combination of Hypericum perforatum, L-5-HTP, P-5-P, Melatonin, L-Tyrosine, and L-Glutamine.  Other ingredients include: Cellulose, mannitol, vegetable stearate, xylitol, silica and natural vanilla flavor.

Q.  How often do I take DETAIN XTM?
A.  The recommended usage is one DETAIN XTM capsule taken once per day (usually before bed).  Each bottle is a 1-month supply and has 30 capsules. 

Q.  How long do I have to use DETAIN XTM?  Is there a period when I no longer need it?
A.  For optimal results, it's recommended to take the supplement on an ongoing basis or for a minimum of 90 days. In order to make more serotonin at a faster rate you need more of the component chemicals required to make serotonin.  DETAIN XTM provides more components called serotonin precursors which gives you an overall higher level of serotonin and like magic your ejaculation is delayed. Men who have discontinued the supplement report  less results.

Q.  Are there any side effects?
A.  There should not be any perceived side effects from taking Detain XTM in the recommended doses, however,  there are always potential side effects with any supplement be it a simple vitamin or a more complex supplement. 

Side effects are possible with any pill we put in our mouth; however, thankfully, side effects are rare more than the norm.  Potential side effects would initially include mild fatigue in the form of yawning because of the inclusion of melatonin.  I have had a very rare report of nausea (usually from taking on an empty stomach much like can happen with over the counter vitamins).

 With any supplement containing Hypericum perforatum one is cautioned against operating heavy equipment until one determines if there is any change in mental function even though this would be highly unusual.  You are also cautioned about another very rare event called the serotonin syndrome which would almost always ONLY occur if you were taking a prescription drug called an SSRI.  My supplement cannot be used with an SSRI. 

You must remember that up to 12% of people complain of nausea when given a placebo containing nothing more than a few calories of sugar.  In the current PDR (Physicians' Desk Reference), more people had gastrointestinal side effects (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, gas) with the placebo than with the actual drug called Pravachol (a cholesterol lowering medication).  So to say there are no potential side effects would be absurd. The mind is very powerful and incredibly imaginative.  

Q.  How quickly can I expect results?
A.  The response time varies.  Many men have reported results in as little as 14 days, but men who use the product for at least 90 days report achieving the best results.  Any product claiming that you will have incredible results the day you use the product is not being truthful.  Even the most powerful prescription medications may take 2 to 6 weeks until they really begin working well. 

Q.  What if I'm already taking a prescription SSRI?  Is DETAIN XTM  still recommended?
A.  Any person already taking a prescription SSRI should not take DETAIN XTM.

Q.  Will DETAIN XTM  help me get and/or maintain an erection?
A.  DETAIN XTM is not an ED supplement.  The inability to get or maintain an erection is NOT the same as PE.  Erectile dysfunction, or ED, is a separate issue and this product will not help it.

Q.  Is DETAIN XTM  FDA approved?
